Glass Jewelry Making

For the production of fashion glass jewelry such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings. Experienced craftsmen with years of experience reference drawings or samples to create the pieces. Because each piece is handcrafted, no two samples will be exactly the same, and there will be slight differences.

Below is the process and video of making glass jewelry.

1. Select Material & Color:

There are two types of glass materials commonly used for making jewelry: regular glass and borosilicate glass.

Regular glass will generate bubbles during the firing process, it's fragile under the large temperature differences, has a higher density making it heavier compared to borosilicate glass, and is less expensive.

Borosilicate glass is bubble-free, has heat resistance and temperature difference resistance, has a lower density making it lighter, but it's more expensive.

Glass rods have specific colors, and product colors can only be chosen from glass sheets.

2. Melting & Forming:

When making jewelry, the glass rod must first be melted at high temperatures to become pliable for shaping.

This process requires craftsmen with many years of experience to complete.

3. Annealing:

Products formed at high temperatures can crack under large temperature differences, so the finished products need to be placed in thermal insulation sand to cool down slowly.

4. Inspection:

After the products have cooled, they are taken out of the thermal insulation sand and inspected for quality.

By combining skilled craftsmanship with creative design, we create beautiful, distinctive jewelry that reflects both tradition and innovation. Whether you're looking for a timeless piece or a modern design, our fashion glass jewelry offers a perfect blend of elegance and individuality.
