Resin Process

Material Selection:
The material for making molds can be various, such as zinc alloy, resin, glass, etc. Among them, glass is of the highest quality and is suitable for making glossy resin molds.

Arrange the seeds neatly at the bottom of the mold. Choose an appropriate mold frame, pour in properly proportioned silicone rubber, use a vacuum machine to remove air bubbles, and place it in an oven. After 1-2 hours, the mold will take shape.

According to customer requirements, mix the resin with color according to the Pantone color number.

Pour the mixed resin into the mold, use a vacuum machine to remove air bubbles, and place it into oven for approximately 2 hours, then the resin dries and forms.

There may be excess material around the edges of the formed resin piece, which needs to be washed away with stones to smooth the surface. Rinse the cleaned resin with water to separate the stones from the resin.

To achieve a smooth and textured surface appearance, spray a layer of transparent varnish on the surface.
