Our Sustainable Practices
Recycled material
We use a wide range of recycled materials in our production procedure, ensuring that our jewelry is both beautiful and environmentally friendly:
- 100% Recycled Zinc
- 100% Recycled Brass
- 100% Recycled PMMA
- 100% Recycled Polyester
- 100% Recycled PU
Our jewelry is made-to-order, ensuring that we do not produce excess stock. This approach helps conserve natural resources and prevents unnecessary waste from unsold products.
100% Recycled polybags
We are using 100% biodegradable recycled polybags from our local supplier to pack all our jewelry. Biodegradable plastics are made from organic, plant-based materials and decompose fully in just three to six months. This is significantly quicker than conventional plastics, which can take up to 400 years to break down!
Gender equality in the workplace
We are proud that 85% of our workforce is comprised of women, and we are committed to providing gender equality in our workplace. We strongly encourage and empower women, recognizing their talent and capability to take on leadership and management roles. Currently, we are especially proud that 65% of our management team consists of women.

Since introducing our employee engagement surveys, they gave feedback that they agree or strongly agree with statements such as "I know what is expected of me at work” and “I believe that this company can support my career objectives and offer me the opportunity to build new skills."
This year, we are focused on strengthening our values and building a better culture across the organization by defining clear performance standards and rolling out programs that help streamline our retail policies.
